Theft

lBishal Kothari lodged a complaint at Tura PS that on December 16 around 12 noon, he sent his employee Nikunja Roy to withdraw Rs. 1,50,000through cheque from Union Bank, Tura (WGH). However, Nikunja Roy had fled away along with the cash.

lOn December 15 around 9:00 pm, unidentified persons stole household articles valued around Rs. 50,000from the house of Dipul Sangma at Rongbu Bagabhata (NGH). Thereafter, the miscreants broke into the house of Kyrush Sangma in the same village. However, the local residents managed to apprehend one of them -Polsing G. Momin and beat him up causing injuries to him.

lAK Lyngdoh lodged a complaint that on November 28 night, unknown miscreants stole one DG Alternator valued around Rs. 80,000from a Mobile Tower at Rymbai.

Molestation

Modeng Choku lodged a complaint at Rynjah PS that on December 15, unidentified miscreant entered her house at Golden Estate, Lawjynriew, Shillong, molested and threatened her.

Assault

Suklangki Dhar lodged a complaint at Jowai PS that on December 9 around 8 am, her husband Md. Abdul Manaf (45) assaulted and threatened her with dire consequences at Nongbah Kyndong Syiem (WJH).
