Contractors express discontentment

SHILLONG: Meghalaya BSNL OFC/UG Enlisted Contractors has expressed their discontentment   over the fact that the BSNL Authority has issued the tender to one outsider firm for Sonapur OFC Restoration work. The Association alleged that BSNL was awarding works to non tribal contractors who did not have valid trading license in their possession issued by the KHADC.
