LDV needs to be included in minority blocks: Union Minister

Itanagar:  Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs Ninong Ering said that the Lower Dibang Valley district of Arunachal Pradesh need to be included in the minority blocks of the state as it being one of the area where Christiganity first began in the state.
Interacting with the public & PRI Leaders, Gaon Burahs (village heads) and government officers at Circuit House, Roing, headquarters of the Dibang Valley district on Friday, he reiterated that each and every one will be benefited from the Minority Development Scheme such as anganwadi centres, schools and hospitals are being taken up under the scheme, official sources said here today.
While replying to the grievances of the people, he said that he is trying his best to reach out to the people and to fulfill demands but, due to certain limitations and resources it is difficult to fulfill every one’s demand.
While addressing the new PRI members, he urged them to let their schemes or proposals first prioritized by the state government to make it easier to take follow up action with the Central government.
He also requested the DC to immediately forward the proposal of feasible scheme to the government. which were of public importance.
Ering was elected from Arunachal East Parliamentary Constituency, assured to continue to work for the development of the area and welfare of the people.PRI & Public Leaders also spoke on the occasion, sources added.
