SHILLONG: Riatsamthiah SCC thrashed Royal CC by a massive 110 runs in a league match of the SCA Super Division Cricket League at the Cricket Ground, Polo.
Electing to bat after winning the toss, Riatsamthiah posted 196/7 in the allotted 40 overs with Shanbok Wankhar making 62 runs.
Rajib Ray claimed the bulk of the wickets, taking 5/37 in eight overs.
During the chase, Rijied Marbaniang and Adino Mawlong took three wickets each for Riatsamthiah as Royal CC were skittled for just 86 runs in 19 overs.
Aadarsh top-scored with 36 runs.
