SHILLONG: Lalrinawmi Tlau of CID Complex, Bishnupur, Shillong, lodged a complaint at Laban PS that on December 22, 2013, one Rafel Williams from Manchester, New Hampshire, UK, called her from mobile No. +448712340583 informing that he had sent her a parcel containing gifts.
On December 23, 2013, she received a telephone call from phone number 9582471938 from one Neha Gupta, an employee of Delhi International Custom Department, Terminal-2, informing her of the parcel and advised her to deposit Rs. 17,500 in favour of Huka Sumi A/c No. 20137217635 IFS Code No. SBIN0000072 and Rs.53,250 in favour of Rimal Soso A/c No. 33366894724 IFS Code No. SBIN0006484 maintained with SBI, Delhi Branch.
The complainant deposited the money into the accounts but till date she has not received the parcel.
