Tibetan community of Shillong has invited all to attend the Avaloketshwara Empowerment and the commentary on thirty seven practises of Bodhisattvas by Nobel Laureate and spiritual leader the 14th Dalai Lama on February 4 at Polo second ground. Entry is free for all and mobile phones and other electronic devices will not be allowed inside the teaching area due to security reasons.
Procession
Sohra Parish invites one and all for its annual Eucharistic Procession to be celebrated on the February 2. The mass will be held at 10am followed by the Procession and Benediction at 1pm.
