SSA teachers request salary hike

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Schools Association (MSSASA), Jaintia Hills district has asked the State Government to enhance the salary of SSA teachers in the State.

MSSASA president AC Rymbai said informed on Monday that a proposal in this regard was also submitted before the State Government on Monday. He also sought immediate attention of the State Government for regularization of the services of SSA teachers all over the State as done in other parts of the country and the neighbouring
