SHILLONG: The Sordar and Secretary of Kynroh Nonglyer village, East Khasi Hills have allegedly denied Ortilia Nongrum and her grand children their quota of BPL rice for the month of Jan. 2014. An FIR in this regard has been lodged by Agnes Kharshiing at Laban PS.
