ILP case hearing

SHILLONG: The next hearing of the special court to deal with the ILP-related cases has been fixed on April 14. The Special Court headed by First Class Judicial Magistrate R Rymbai was constituted to recover over Rs. 31 crore from 13 pressure groups for the damage caused during the ILP-related agitations and subsequently court issued notices to all the pressure groups. Except CSWO, which submitted a statement before the special court on Monday, none has responded to the notices till date.
