NONGSTOIN: On Thursday night, relief camps for the cyclone victims were set up at the villages in consultation with the village headmen at schools, ICDS centre and Health Sub Centre.

The Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills said that 12 band of CGI sheets were brought to Khliehmawlieh, Lumpyngngad and Domwahlang to set up relief camps for nearly 55 families rendered homeless in the cyclonic tragedy in West Khasi Hills district on Wednesday night.
