The Secretary, Datsimpien Ladrymbai Carmelo L Lakiang has clarified that Kheinlang Dkhar, the accused in the murder of Daphishisha Kharsati does not belong to Ladrymbai Datsimpien.
“The Dorbar Shnong does not know Kheinlang Dkha and he is not an inhabitant of our village”, Lakiang added.
