SHILLONG: ANVC-B on Monday said that the Government must quickly finalize their camps in view of the secret operations being carried out by the police against the outfit’s cadres.

In a statement issued here on Monday, ANVC-B informed that last week four more cadres were picked up from their home by Williamnagar Police and the Government must stop secret operations and stop hunting ANVC-B cadres as the cadres are turning frustrated by the same.

“These operations of the police will lead to repercussions which will hamper the peace initiatives,” the outfit warned even as they asserted that the Secret operations will jeopardise the efforts to bring peace in Garo Hills.
