Estranged couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones were spotted holding hands and gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes at an event. The pair, who announced they were taking some time apart eight months ago, happily posed together on the red carpet at the 41st Chaplin Award Gala, reported Huffington Post.
They only recently made their first public appearance together following their reconciliation, but they racked up their third in as many weeks as they turned out to salute director Rob Reiner.
‘Wall Street’ hunk Michael, 69, looked rather dapper in a smart suit, white shirt, purple tie and black leather shoes.
Catherine, 44, was looking great for her age in a black pullover and complimenting puffy monochrome skirt. Before they got back together following their split in August, Michael insisted they were working on keeping their marriage intact.
“We were just taking a little break. We are talking. I think everything will be fine, and I am very hopeful,” he had said. (PTI)
