SHILLONG: Police arrested one person besides seizing heroin and other contraband items on Sunday. The items which included 63 Spasmo Proxyvon capsules, 69 Nitroson-10 tablets, two tubes of dendrite and pinches of heroin in three pieces of paper were seized from the residence of one Marshall Lyngdoh at Lumshyiap, Nongmynsong.
