SHILLONG: Police on Thursday morning apprehended one Richard Warjri (38) who is suspected to be involved in the 3rd mile petrol pump robbery. Warjri was apprehended from a Sumo at Mawlai on Thursday morning. Police said that two others, Kailash Sharma and Wakil Sunn were also detained.
Later, bundles of dummy money covered on top with fake notes was recovered and it is suspected to be stolen from the SBI bank at Umiam where around 1.60 lakh were stolen.
