Army school excels in CBSE exams

SHILLONG: The class XII students of Army Public School Shillong scored brilliantly in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination 2014. Out of the 202 students who wrote the exam this year, 51 students have scored 90% and above marks in aggregate.

Several laurels have been brought to the school by the performances of many students. Shubajit Bhattacharjee topped the Science stream by scoring a whopping aggregate of 97.2%, Damanpreet Singh Chhina secured second position with 96.60% marks and Sweta Joshi secured third position with 94.40 % marks in aggregate.

In Commerce stream, Mahak Chaudhary topped by scoring an impressive aggregate of 95.80% marks, Pujita Lunia secured second position with 95.60% and Kushal Agarwal secured third position with 94.80% marks in aggregate.

In Humanities, Shubhangi Kaushal and Melbanora Syiem Marwein jointly topped by scoring a remarkable aggregate of 96% marks, Manisha M Pala and Akanksha Rana jointly secured second position with 95.60% marks in aggregate and Keziah C Hangsing secured third position with 95.40% marks in aggregate.
