NEHU student assaulted

SHILLONG: Authorities of the North-Eastern Hill University have condemned the physical assault on a 4th semester student of the Department of Linguistics by a person from outside the University.

“The University takes strong exception to such acts of violence and unprovoked assault on the student community of NEHU,” a statement from NEHU said on Tuesday.
