GUWAHATI: Three terrorists of United Achik Liberation Army (UALA) were arrested from Assam’s Goalpara district in a joint operation by the Army and police.
“In joint operations carried out by Balijana-based Army troops of Red Horns Division and Goalpara Police, three hardcore terrorists of UALA were apprehended in two separate operations last night,” an official release said.
Two 7.65 mm pistols, some ammunition, a hand grenade and an identity card of the terrorist group were seized. (PTI)
