SHILLONG: Shillong Lajong registered a 2-1 victory over Boys Sports Company in their U-19 Shillong Premier League match at Polo Grounds on Tuesday.
Sheen Stevenson Sohktung scored for Lajong in the 61st minute before Boys Sports equalised through MD Raja in the 80th minute.
Hardy Cliff Nongbri, however, ensured that SLFC earned full points with his winning goal five minutes later.
In Monday’s game, Malki SC (B Sohtun 71st min) and Langsning SC (P Lamat 82nd min) played out a 1-1 draw.
The next match will see Royal Wahingdoh take on Langsning at 4:15pm on Wednesday.
