Guy Ritchie becomes father again
Director Guy Ritchie has welcomed his third child with partner Jacqui Ainsley. The Sherlock Holmes filmmaker was spotted in London over the Fourth of July weekend with Ainsley, who was carrying the baby against her body in a sling, reported Contactmusic. The couple was joined by a young girl, believed to be their daughter Rivka, as well as Ritchie’s sons Rocco and David from his marriage to Madonna. They have not commented on the gender or name of the baby and the date of birth has not been released yet, but a heavily pregnant Ainsley was last seen in public at The Edge of Tomorrow’ film premiere in London in May. The couple are also parents to another boy, Rafael, who was born in 2011. They have been dating since 2010. (PTI)
Posh exercises with family
Singer-fashion designer Victoria Beckham enjoys attending SoulCycle classes with her husband David and their sons. The 40-year-old former Spice Girls singer, who is the mother of Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 11, Cruz, nine, and Harper, two, said she was delighted to be a part of the family exercise program, reported Contactmusic. “They brought in some little mini bikes so Romeo and Cruz could do it too. It was the cutest thing,” she said. Beckham generally works out using celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. The mother of four claims to be “addicted” to the sessions, she admits they are difficult. “I had dinner, funnily enough, with Gwyneth Paltrow and Valentino and I said to Gwyneth, “I’ve seen pictures of you recently and your body is amazing…” “So I started when I was pregnant and got addicted. It’s very challenging.” While Victoria doesn’t regret putting her pop star days behind her, she misses dancing. “I don’t miss being on stage – though it was great at the time – but I do miss dancing. I was a dancer before I was in the Spice Girls.” (PTI)
Nothing surprises me anymore: Michael Douglas
Actor Michael Douglas says he has experienced so much in life that nothing surprises him anymore.
The 69-year-old actor, who has battled tongue cancer and split briefly from second wife Catherine Zeta-Jones last year, said he identified a lot with his new film ‘And So It Goes’, reported the New York Post. In the film, he plays a man whose granddaughter moves in with him after her drug-addicted father is sent to prison because of his own experiences with son Cameron, who has been incarcerated for drug offences since 2009. Asked if his own experiences drew him to the movie, he said, “You read a script and you smile in those pieces… That come close to your story. I guess at this point in my life, at my age, you’ve gone through so many things that nothing really surprises you.” Douglas, who has children Dylan, 13, and 11-year-old Carys with Catherine, had the option to make changes to the script, but was happy with the dialogue he was given. Director Rob Reiner said, “He said just leave it the way it is. It obviously must have been tough for him.” (PTI)
Pam files for divorce, again
Pamela Anderson, who is married to poker player Rick Salomon, has reportedly filed for divorce. This is Anderson’s second time split with Salomon, whom she married in 2007 and got the marriage annulled within two months, reports a website. Interestingly, Salomon won $2.8 million in the World Series of Poker Big One for One Drop last Tuesday. Anderson filed for divorce Thursday, so under the community property laws she gets half of the winnings unless there’s a pre-nuptial agreement. She was earlier married to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.
