One killed, two injured in Assam blast

Guwahati: One person was killed and two others injured when a bomb exploded at Krishnai town in Goalpara district of western Assam this morning.
Police informed the bomb was planted under the bench of a tea stall located near Krishnai police station. One of the three persons injured in the blast died in the hospital later.
Senior police officials rushed to the spot after the blast that occurred at around 8 A.M.
Investigation is on. No militant group has so far claimed responsibility for the blast but hands of anti-talks faction of the outlawed United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) has been suspected behind it
