SHILLONG: A day after Tura police arrested 24 ANVC (B) cadres over their alleged role in the recent attacks on migrant labourers, the outfit has denied its involvement in such attacks.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, the ANVC (B) political secretary Doang Shira said “If police have any evidence they should make it public”.

He said that police should substantiate their claim with factual evidence.
