JOWAI: The branch manager of the Meghalaya Rural Bank at Iooksi village was found murdered in his rented house on Wednesday morning. The deceased, identified as Syrpailut Khonglam, hailed from Lait-tyr-a Sohra . Miscreants did not take anything from the house.
