JOWAI: A man died when a big boulder crushed him at his daughter’s residence at Riatsasim, Jowai on Thursday afternoon.
The man identified as Kanet Lyngdoh (65) of Sohmynting was working in the backyard of his daughter’s residence when a big boulder crushed him and he died on the spot.
Local residents along with his friends and relatives from Sohmynting struggled for almost an hour to remove the boulder and pull out the body.
