Rangbah Shnong appointment

SHILLONG: The High Court of Meghalaya has upheld the appointment of HP Oflyn Dohling as the Rangbah Shnong of Malki. While passing jis judgement on a petition filed by Dohling on September 11 2014, Justice T Nandakumar said the petitioner (Dohling) shall be allowed to continue as the headman (Rangbah Shnong) of Malki till the appointment of a new headman. As per the sanad (appointment letter) issued by the office of Syiem of Mylliem, the term of appointment is from April 4 2012 to April 4 2015.
