SHILLONG: Three unidentified miscreants assaulted a journalist at Tura on November 14, a delayed report said on Wednesday. Police said that on November 14 around 9.30 pm, three unidentified miscreants assaulted Biplab Kumar Dey at Tura Bazar. Dey is associated with the Meghalaya Guardian and The Assam Tribune. The miscreants also took away his laptop bag and cell phone.
