SHILLONG: Tornado CC defeated Megha SC by 63 runs in the league match of the First Division Shillong Cricket League 2015 organised by the Shillong Cricket Association at the SCA Cricket Ground, Polo.
Megha SC won the toss and put Tornado CC into bat first.
Tornado CC scored 147 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the alloted 35 overs. Pranatosh Deb scored a half century 50 runs of 62 balls. And Rahul Barua 17 runs of 34 balls. While Jaspal Singh claim 3/30 runs of 7 overs and Ganesh 1/13 runs of 4 overs.
In reply, Megha SC were dismissed for 84 runs in 25.1 overs.
Ganesh scored 22 runs of 39 balls while Pankaj Chanda and Pinak took 4 wickets each for 16 runs and 30 runs respectively.
