NONGSTOIN: West Khasi Hills Police seized a coal laden truck (ML 05- 6688) during vehicle checking at Thahkanar, Nongpyndeng village on Thursday night. The truck belonged to one Skingland Nongrum of Ksehkohlong village and was driven by Treining Syiemiong of Shohphria village. Both the driver and owner of the vehicle were arrested.
