SHILLONG: Unknown miscreants assaulted a mentally unstable person at Rongsanggre, Selsella, in West Garo Hills, leading to his death. The incident happened on February 9.
The victim, Abdur Rauf, sustained injuries and was shifted to Tura Civil Hospital Tura where he succumbed to his injuries.
