SHILLONG: As part of the Make in India campaign, Union Minister of Science and Technology informed that India is making the biggest telescope of the world in collaboration Japan, Canada and Japan.
According to the Union Minister, the contribution of India on this project (30 metre-long telescope)  is Rs 1300 crore .
