SHILLONG: The KHADC CEM Adelbert Nongrum used pun with a touch of irony to describe his position in KHADC on Friday.
Due to the switching of allegiance by the Independent MDC Grace Mary Kharpuri and KHNAM member Process T Sawmkie, the KHADC under ARPA is in a crisis.
However, the current state of affairs did not deter the CEM from using a pun targeting the deserters as he said,” By Congress Grace I will continue to Process my various duties as the CEM of the Council”.
