Madonna ‘Rebel Heart’ hacker officially charged

A man behind the leak of Madonna’s ‘Rebel Heart’ music has been officially indicted in Israel. Adi Lederman, who was arrested by authorities last January in Tel Aviv, has now been charged by Israel’s magistrate courts with four counts, which are computer trespassing, prohibited secret monitoring and additional computer trespassing, copyright infringement and obstructing an investigation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
According to court documents, the 39-year-old man hacked into the private cloud accounts of Sara Zambrano, Angie Teo and Kevin Antunes who shared “various files and music files copyrighted by Madonna Esther Louise Ciccone.” Lederman also hacked into an email account belonging to Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary as well as 15 other unspecified email accounts. Lederman, who auditioned on Israeli’s TV singing competition ‘Kochav Nolad (A Star Is Born)’ three years ago, allegedly also had got his hands on material from Madonna’s previous album ‘MDNA’. According to the documents, “During 2012, after trespassing Zambrano’s cloud account as detailed in the first count, the defendant copied an early version of the song ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ by Madonna for trading purposes and sold it soon after.”
The court documents additionally revealed that Lederman sold copies of the song files for “tens of dollars to a thousand dollars and more” to various clients.” (PTI

Richie blasts Kanye West’s BRIT Awards performance

Music stars Lionel Richie and Liam Gallagher have slammed rapper Kanye West’s performance at the recently held BRIT Awards. Introduced by his wife Kim Kardashian, West, 37, debuted his new song ‘All Day’ at London’s O2 Arena on February 25.
After the show, Richie who presented British Single to Mark Ronson at the event slammed the hip-hop star for using N-word while Gallagher just didn’t like the rap star’s performance in general, reported Ace Showbiz. “Am I fan of the N-word?” Not coming from the 1960s and ’70s. Whereas the new world has embraced it. I don’t think it’s Ok for a black man to use the N-word. I don’t like it – and I am a black man. I don’t think it should be said and become normal… Kanye is giving us the generation shock value. How he carries on for the next 10 years, we will see,” Richie told Daily Mirror. Meanwhile, Gallagher reached out to the rapper through Twitter “@kanyewest… And you’re a million miles away from College Dropout. That’s artistry. LG x.” (PTI)

New ‘Daredevil’ teaser revealed

The new teaser for Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ has been released. The brief promo clip nods to the blind character’s Marvel Comics history by highlighting his red tinted glasses, despite previous promotional images showing Daredevil in an all-black costume, reported Digital Spy. A caption released by the Marvel’s Daredevil Twitter account hints that the “evil that crowds Hell’s Kitchen” sparks Matt Murdock to action.
Charlie Cox stars as the blind attorney who takes to the streets as a vigilante when he grows disgusted by the legal system in New York City. Also starring in the series as iconic Marvel characters are Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Rosario Dawson as the Night Nurse and Scott Glenn as Stick. Producers have previously confirmed that Daredevil’s comic book nemesis Bullseye will not be included in the series. Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ will lead into inter-connected shows based around Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage, culminating in a Defenders team-up miniseries. (PTI)
