Service revolver stolen
On March 25 at around 9.30 pm, one Md. Hussain Ali stole one service SLR issued to BNC/361 Hevenstar Syiemiong of 4th MLP Bn from Thapa Derengchi OGC (NGH).
Accident cases
On March 25 at around 4.30 pm, one truck (ML-05C-7726) dashed against one tourist taxi (ML-10A-4624) driven by one Aibanshai Basaiawmoit on NH-40 at Ryndangbriew, Mawiong. As a result, driver and three occupants of the tourist taxi sustained injuries and were removed to CH Shillong.
On March 25 at around 9 pm, a vehicle (ML-05J-2519) driven by Bhim Chettri (28) dashed against one motorcycle (ML-05L-3115) ridden by Khrawnam Warbah (33) at Jingkieng, Nongthymmai. As a result, the rider and one pillion rider of the motorcycle sustained injuries and were removed to Civil Hospital Shillong.
NGT ban violation
A complaint was lodged that on March 24, he detected one truck (ML-04D-6733) driven by Rimiki Sungoh transporting coal in violation of NGT order at Khliehriat-Sutnga Road (EJH).
Dispute
A woman identified as Khusboo Chettri lodged a complaint that on March 22 at around 11.30 pm, one Vicky Singh and his wife called her and her husband, abused and threatened them with dire consequences over the phone in connection with money lent to them. Following this, on March 23, the complainant and her husband went to the house of the accused at Nongrim Hills and they were assaulted. Later a false FIR was filed against her (complainant) husband.
Ransom
One Tillipson Marak lodged a complaint that on March 21, he received an anonymous phone call where the caller demanded Rs 5 lakh from him.
Threat
A woman identified as Terasinje K Sangma lodged a complaint that on March 11, she received a phone call from a woman identified as Balgito A Sangma who threatened her with dire consequences.
