Tezpur (Assam): Two hard core National Democratic Front of Boroland (Sangbijit) cadres were apprehended by Assam Rifles from Balipara under Charduar police station in Sonitpur district, an army spokesman said on Saturday.
The militants arrested on Friday have been identified as Raju Basumatary and Nandeswar Basumatary. The spokesman said a grenade and some live ammunition were seized from the two. (PTI)
