New Delhi: In a major development in the national council meeting of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chaired by its convenor and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, senior leaders Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav were on Saturday ousted from the national council.
According to sources, a 200-member national council voted against the rebel duo.
Confusion ran all through outside the meeting venue at Kapashera, on the outskirts of national capital, where scores of volunteers had gathered. In an emotional outburst,  Yadav said the democracy has been stifled in the meeting and all democratic voices were muzzled brazenly.
