SHILLONG: The North-Eastern Hill University Students’ Union (NEHUSU) organized the opening ceremony of the Annual Varsity Fest at the University Campus on April 7. The formal programme included the declaration of the opening of the Varsity Fest, the unveiling of the theme (“Etched in Eternity”), the logo, the Mascot (the clouded leopard) and the theme song
