Minor quake hits WKH

New Delhi: A moderate intensity quake, measuring 2.8 on the Richter Scale, jolted West Khasi Hills District at 6:28 pm on Thursday evening. The tremor was epicentred at 25.6 degrees North latitude and 91.5 East longitude, an India Meteorological Department statement said. Its focal depth was 26 km. (UNI)
