Writ petition against High Court order

SHILLONG: The KHADC on Friday informed that all Rangbah Shnong and others interested in joining the writ petition against the order of the Meghalaya High Court Single Bench on December 10 last in relation to the case between Archie Siangshai and State of Meghalaya can approach the High Court on or before April 14.
“The interested parties can either appear in person or through their lawyers as per the procedure,” KHADC Executive Committee Secretary, W Syiemlieh said in a statement.
It may be mentioned that the  KHADC had filed a writ petition challenging the ruling of the High Court which had restricted the power of the Rangbah Shnong.
