Two convicted for theft

SHILLONG: Two persons were convicted by the lower court in connection with a theft case.
The Office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, has informed that the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong convicted Pappu Swer to an imprisonment of 5 months 25 days and Vicky Dey to imprisonment of 6 months 11 days.
They were charge sheeted in Sadar Police Station for their involvement in a theft case from a construction site at 4th Furlong near Garo Union Higher Secondary School.
