SHILLONG: The Khasi Cultural & Social Services Society organized a “skill development awareness programme” at Mawsynram Block on Friday. Over hundred youths hailing from different areas of Mawsynram attended the programme which aimed at creating awareness about various employment opportunities for the youth. Five institutes from outside out the State– H.P. Institution, ASSOCOM, AIBTM, Ajmal Foundation and JIS Institute briefed the youth on various courses offered by them.
