SHILLONG: Assembly Speaker AT Mondal will cast his vote for the GHADC polls at Phulbari JN Higher Secondary School (Shyamnagar district council constituency) on Monday.
Speaking over phone from Phulbari on Sunday, Mondal said that he had come to his constituency to cast his vote as he has to fulfill his duty as a general citizen of the country.
He, however, refused to comment on the controversy surrounding the opposition from several quarters to the participation of non tribals in the GHADC elections.
