SHILLONG: Chairperson of Shillong Fashion Society, Sabina Warjri, has clarified that the Society was not associated in any way with organizing the Shillong Fashion Week.
Reacting to a news report in this regard, Warjri said the Society till date has carried out its functions with the highest integrity and honour.
After East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner P.S. Dkhar had lodged a complaint against one Manas Joshi for forging his signature to organize the Shillong Fashion Week held on October 5, Joshi was recently arrested by the police.
