Assault
Shamsuna Khatun of New Bhaitbari (West Garo Hills) lodged a complaint that on November 21 her husband Abdul Rafique and his family members, assaulted and threatened her with dire consequences.
Victims shifted to hospital
On December 9 at around 8 pm, three persons, Robi Shankar Choudhury, Shiv Shankar Choudhury and Nathuni Choudhury assaulted Satya Narayan Sah (50) and Ram Eqbal Sah (46) at Punjabi Line, Iewduh, Shillong. Victims sustained injuries and were shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong.
Dowry
Dilwara Khatun lodged a complaint on December 11 that her husband, Munna Miah, assaulted her in their residence at Thakuranbari (South West Garo Hills) and demanded dowry of Rs. 20,000 from her parents.
Threat
On December 7 at around 9 pm, one Sandip R Marak assaulted and threatened his wife Sobita N Sangma and their 11-year-old daughter with dire consequences at Police Reserve, Shillong.
Abdul Samad lodged a complaint that on November 2, unidentified miscreants assaulted, threatened and robbed him of Rs. 11,000 at Dugripara village (South West Garo Hills).

Girl missing
Kheshok Rabha lodged a complaint that on November 28 his daughter Bhaspa Rabha (13) went missing from his residence at Kharigaon village (West Garo Hills).
Accident
On December 8 at about 7 pm, one unknown vehicle knocked down Dilus Mawrie (18) at Laitkor (East Khasi Hills). Victim sustained injuries and was shifted to Nazareth Hospital, Shillong.
Theft
On December 8 evening, unknown miscreants broke into the quarter of BnC Shiv Thapa at SB/CID complex, Bishnupur, Shillong and stole gold ornaments valued around Rs. 65,000 and cash Rs. 1000.
On November 27, 2015, one Dinan D. Sangma stole one motorcycle (ML-07-5034) belonging to Shri Bikarson M. Sangma from Aidoba market (South West Garo Hills).
