Lajong beat Rangdajied 2-0

Shillong: Shillong Lajong FC displayed a powerful performance against Rangdajied United FC today and won the match by a scoreline of 2-0 in Mawlai Ground in Shillong, during the on going Under 15 Youth League.
The Junior Reds dominated the match and took the lead in the 31st minute when Samuel J Kynshi found the back of the net after receiving a long ball from his team mate inside the box and made no mistake to put past the keeper.
Lajong boys looked sharp and focused throughout the game and were eager to score more goals.
They continued to press forward on many occasions in the second half and their efforts was finally rewarded when Donboklang Lyngdoh striked a beautiful shot in the 84th minute. The match ended in favor of Lajong who collected all three points.
The Reds  will play their next match against Rangdajied United FC on  January 6.
