SHILLONG: In its continued drive against illicit liquor, the Excise staff of East Khasi Hills conducted raids on restaurants and stalls in the town and its outskirts during the month of October and seized of 176.950 litres of i/d liquor and 84.975 litres of IMFL. In this connection 30 persons were arrested under the Excise Act.
