I would like to state that our company car got stolen on January 2, 2016 from one of the most busy streets of Shillong in broad daylight. Strange isn’t it! On realizing that it is stolen, we immediately informed the Police and filed an FIR at Sadar Police Station. I was stunned to see the immediate action taken by the police. Within seconds they informed all their officers and our car was located within 45 minutes of the incident. The thief was also caught by them. We were so happy with their instant action. It strengthened our belief on the police department and we are very sure that if proper FIR’s are filed on time, police go all out to solve the case. Thank you so much Meghalaya Police – you are making Shillong a safer place to stay in. Keep up your good work.
