SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee held its first annual meeting on Wednesday at Congress Bhavan.
The meeting was chaired by MPMCC president Joplin Scott Shylla.
Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar, who is in-charge of the State Mahila Congress, was present on the occasion.
The meeting took place with an aim to discuss the ways and means to strengthen the Congress party and the party workers right from the block level, district level up to the State level .
The meeting was attended by all the district party presidents of the State along with the members of the Mahila Congress.
