SHILLONG: Chief Minister Mukul Sangma has arrived in Bangladesh to take part in the Investors Meet organised by the Prime Minister’s Office from January 24  to 25.
After his arrival on Saturday, the Indian High Commissioner  Harshvardhan Shringla, inquired about the hotel facilities available in Shillong, as he is anticipating many visitors along  with a 500-member strong sports contingent from Bangladesh for the ensuing South Asian Games in city.
The Chief Minister assisted by David Nongrum, Chairperson of MTDC  assured the  Indian High Commissioner the best of the facilities for the visitors. Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister attended an interactive session at Sylhet organized by Sylhet Chamber of Commerce under the banner of ‘Exchange of Views’.
