SHILLONG: Shillong police on Wednesday arrested three persons from a city hotel and seized powder suspected to be heroin.
The three persons – Damankhraw Wanniang (23), Terrional Mawlong (23) and Markus Chandi (28) – were arrested from Anapurna Hotel, Jeep Stand, Shillong.
Police recovered 26 paper packets and one Chinese Balm container containing power suspected to be heroin from their possession.
