SHILLONG: A peon of the Regional office, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change was found lying unconscious inside his office complex recently.
According to a delayed report, on February 23, the peon, I.M Das was found unconscious inside his office complex.
He was shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong, where the attending medical officer declared him brought dead. Police said that he was suffering from the problem of alcoholism.
